How do you make customer orientation an emotional experience? In Swiss Life’s “100 employees visit 100 customers” campaign, people and their stories played the leading role. We documented the elaborate campaign, in which employees who otherwise had hardly any customer contact were each allowed to visit a customer.

For the large-scale campaign, we accompanied the employees with our equipment on selected customer visits.

In order to obtain the most effective and unusual images possible, we tested different angles and perspectives with 360° settings.

The project showed how the new media can be used creatively, sustainably and effectively in corporate communications.
