For the series, some twenty participants lived at the Grünthal weaving mill in Bauma in May 2014 as they would have a hundred years earlier. The tour leads to the filming locations.

A working-class family lived in the workers’ house next to the mill, the mill owner’s family, played by actors, in the villa. The tour links the two households, down to the wash house.

It went online on srf.ch with the broadcast in August 2014. Part of the collaboration with SRF.
